Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems of the firm. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Tas Decors; for the organization, the owner must provide uniform for his workers, because providing a uniform to the workers will make them look presentable and for them to be safe also, and for marketing, the owner must consider the promotion or advertisement for the product to be known to others.
