General note The study aims to develop and design an android based application that has information about the basic computer, specifically: computer hardware parts, computer threats and computer security. The system is also designed to include game quiz to test the knowledge of the users. To develop the system the researchers made use of incremental methodology. The data were gathered through the use of observation, questionnaires, library and internet research. For the design of the study Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), System Flowchart and Context Diagram were used. Different software technologies were used such as the Unity 5.0, Blender and Photoshop CS6 and C# as programming language. Three sets of questionnaires were used for the evaluation of the system that were accomplished by the respondents: thirty (30) students, one (1) data expert and two (2) IT experts to evaluate the system in terms of functionality and to make sure that all requirements were met. Based on the results of the questionnaires accomplished, the respondents agreed that the system is user-friendly and educational to the locale. Data experts agreed that all data inputted are correct. IT experts agreed that the system met all the required in terms in functionality. The researchers collected a good result in the survey accumulated a grand mean of 3.4 which means agree. The data were collected from the thirty (30) students, two (2) IT experts and one (1) Data Expert.
