General note Entrepreneurship brings better life to people. This study assessed the entrepreneurial capabilities of DepEd teachers at Sapang Biabas Senior High School. Also, it aimed to design an entrepreneurial program needed by the teachers. The researcher used the descriptive design of research. Assessment was conducted to identify and describe the level of entrepreneurial capabilities. Percentage and frequency were used to determine the distribution of the respondents according to profile, including the ability to do entrepreneurship. Mean and mode were used to get the high and low distribution of entrepreneurial capabilities of the respondents. The researcher found out that out of 29, there were 22 respondents who had an earmark to be an entrepreneur, which was equivalent to 76%, while the remaining respondents had the potential but needed further motivation. This study served as the basis for an entrepreneurial program development to improve the respondents' capabilities.
