500 ## - GENERAL NOTE
General note This study aimed to develop a base map of the coffee plantation at Pampanga State Agricultural to provide information the university and to the Ayala San Agustin Farmer's Association. The study area is specifically located at the Agroforestry and Pasture Area of Pampanga State Agricultural University. The area measures approximately 43 hectares of government agricultural lands. The records of the variation of plants grown from each individual coffee farm were encoded using QGIS 2.18.26. The records were saved in the attribute table to be able to store non-spatial data about the digitized lots. Rows were assigned according to the type of plant/tree and columns were used to indicate the number of plants/trees. The recorded values were double checked in order to come up with accurate output in creating a database. Additionally, images were captured for each coffee farm for identification and monitoring of the current status of the coffee farms. Based on the gathered information, the researcher concluded that the produced 2-Dimensonal map and database of the farmers are effective on data presentation. The map and the database will allow the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) and the Ayala San Agustin Farmer's Association (ASAFA) to monitor and observe the current status of the coffee farms a lot easier. Both PSAU and ASAFA will be able to monitor the membership status of the steward responsible on the cultivation of the portion of the land at the coffee plantation. They will be able to view the data regarding the farmers and the variety of plants that they grow at any given time. Finally, a possible area for expansion of the coffee plantation was identified through this study. However, at present the said area is currently occupied by the Biotop Project.
