Primary data were gathered through a series of interview with the manager of the farm. The data gathered came from the area of the organization, investment, production, marketing, and finance. The farm studied was a corporation, business registered under the name of Sarmiento Agrifarm Incorporated. It is an integrator of CPF, it is owned by Mrs. Nida Sarmiento, Mr. Franklyn Terrible and Mrs. Olga De Ramos. It has 7 workers. Mr. Erwin Manalac was the farm manager. The problem identified was in terms of organization. The alternative courses are the manager and owners need to be strict to the workers mostly in the working period and installation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). Lack of bio-security is one of the problems encountered of the farm, where there is no barrier in the vicinity of the farm that outsiders can enter easily which leads to higher rate and contribute to losses of the farm.
