Abstract The provision of the Most Essential Learning Competencies is the core of the Department's long-term solution when there are emergencies, as well as a response to the current pandemic issues. This study sought to address these deficiencies by promoting learning activity sheets as a resource used in the Division of Angeles City to improve students' performance in Technology and Livelihood Education under the specialization of Caregiving 7. The learning activity sheets provide learners with additional information about the subjects, making it easier for them to cooperate and answer the required tasks. A descriptive research design was applied to the study. Respondents of the study were an Education Program Supervisor, a Master Teacher, Teachers in Technology and Livelihood Education, and students from the Division Angeles City selected by purposive sampling. It followed three phases namely: development, evaluation, and usability phase. The findings demonstrated that the learning activity sheet design went through the following stages: preparation, designing, evaluation, and finalization. Following specified improvements on the evaluated sheets, all evaluators wrote "Yes" in the final evaluation. This implies that the learning activity sheet for Caregiving 7 is genuine and acceptable in terms of content, design/format, and pedagogy. As regards students perception, they strongly agreed on the usefulness, ease of use, and ease of learning, and satisfaction with the developed learning activity sheet for Caregiving 7. Keywords: learning activity sheet, most essential learning competencies, development, evaluation.
