ABSTRACT Caranto, Jodenisa C., Macalino, Collen Jeane R., and Sumang, Aichell T., Department of Computer Studies and Automation and College of Engineering and Computer Studies, Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang, Pampanga June 2023 "ANDROID AND WEB-BASED APPLICATION KAPAMPANGANE-DICTIONARY". Adviser: Dr. Ocirne Jun-Jun S. Liwanag The study entitled "Android and Web-Based Application Kapampangan E- Dictionary" was presented to the college of Engineering and Computer Studies (COeCS). The Department of Education of the Philippines put into effect the teaching of Mother Tongue-based Multi-lingual Education among kindergarten, Grades 1, 2, and 3 learners in 2012, with the official implementation of the new K-12 program. The implementation created problems and obstacles for teachers who were not properly equipped to teach the discipline. Several concerns and problems arose on the side of the teacher as a result of the preparation required to meet the demands of the subjects they teach. The study aimed to aid in learning MTB-MLE of Grades I to ll pupils of San Pedro Elementary School through Android and Web-Based Application Kapampangan E-Dictionary to enhance the present teaching method that will make the learning situation easier and interesting for the pupils. The descriptive method was used by the researchers for the study's research design. Interviews, observations, internet research, and questionnaires or surveys were used to collect data. According to the study's findings the developed application received a grand mean of (3.77), indicating that the developed Android and Web-Based Application is convenient, functional and useful. Furthermore, with a mean rating of 4.00, teachers expressed strong support for the Android and Web-Based Application. Based on the findings, the researchers successfully met the goals and objectives of the study. The developed system served as a supplementary tool that will cover MTB-MLE subject.
