For the future researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who wants to undertake similar studies, primary and secondary data were used in this study. The primary data were gathered to the means of personal interview of the owner of excellent egg dealer. to be specific , the information was been gathered be the areas of (1) organization , that consists of organizational charts and their duties and responsibilities, the staffing, the working hours, the wages and salaries compensation and benefits;(2) Investments on which consists of initial or starting capital and its utilization (3) Production, which consists the production., the volume and cost of services inputs and technology ;(4)Marketing which consist of 7'cs and;(5) Finance , which consist of income statement and statement of financial position. Secondary data were gathered from the data available on the internet, books, or other reading materials at PSAU library. The business is sole proprietorship type of business registered from under name excellent egg dealer. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization and production of the firm. The following are the problem encountered by the firm (1) Marketing (a) customer payment delay (b) no minimum wages of salary. Alternative courses of action are formulated and evaluated to determine a possible solution to recommend for the problem given. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the operation and production of EXCELLENT EGG DEALER. They need to pay the workers with enough salaries based on their performance and in the delay payment of the customer they need to payment flexibility. and the.
