ABSTRACT TITLE COMPARATIVE STUDY OF ALING AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL LUCING'S SISIG, EST. 1974 GABRIEL G. MCALINOo MAY S. DAVID, M.P.S PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED : JUNE 2023 The study was conducted at Aling Lucing's Sisig located in Barangay Agapito Del Rosario, Angeles City. It provides information concerning the comparative study of the firm, in terms of investments, organization, production, marketing and finance. This study offers information that might be needed in putting up a business for aspiring entrepreneurs, especially in the aspect of food industry. For researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies along this topic. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the owner, managers, administrative personnel and staff of Aling Lucing's Sisig, Est. 1974. The needed data were on the areas of (1) investment, which consisted investment activities; (2) organization, composed of organizational chart, duties and responsibilities as well as human resource management; (3) operation, consisted the firm area, location and production process or the operation flow chart; (4) marketing, which composed of 7 C's of marketing; and (5) finance, consisted income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data were gathered from available literatures and other reading materials, such as from the Internet and university library. The firm is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name Queen-Lucing Sisig by Carmina-Restaurant. Whose owner is Ms. Carmina Cunanan Pangilinan. Problem identification and analysis was done regarding the organization and operation of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: (1) in organization, mandatory benefits for workers; (2) in operation, limited parking lot; and (3) in marketing, stiff competition. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems of the firm. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation Aling Lucing's Sisig.: for organization, for each benefit paid, the employee and employer always share or sometimes there is a set percentage that cach side pays. for operation, they necd to acquire space for parking lot and for marketing, they have to sustain the original taste of their sisig to keep their customers.
