The Business firm was named "Men's Outfit Thrift Clothing Shop" with a tagline "It's not about the price, it's about the style". Men's Outfit Thrift Clothing Shop offered thrift Men/Unisex T-shirts, Jogging and Jogger Pants and Men shorts. Because the products were thrift clothes, there were no same brand new t-shirt, shorts or pants. The initial capital of the business was P14,602.00 which was used to purchase Tools and Equipment, and Products. It would have different designs, sizes and brands. The t-shirt price ranged from P60.00 to P400.00 depending on the brand and condition of the T-shirt. The Jogging/Jogger pants price ranged from P60.00 to P150.00 depending on the condition and brand. The Men shorts price ranged from P60.00 to P250.00 depending on the condition and brand. The problems he encountered during the business were Circumstances are (1) Weather Condition the weather is unpredictable so an entrepreneur must be ready in any kind of weather. (2) Competitor because there is competitor, it means that you don't have all the consumers' attentions, there are items that you have which are also sold by other businesses, that's why you can have less sales. (3) The unknown of what's inside the Bale when buying a whole bale you don't know what is inside, if they are all in good conditions or if there are damages, how many branded it has and how many pieces it have. There are times to other buyers of bale are almost of the pieces have damages which means the buyer of the bale can't exchange the bale to the seller. That's why buying a bale is very risky. . The entrepreneur has taken some solutions regarding the problems such: (1) The entrepreneur overcame the problem by setting time of opening the business and telling his family what time they should help him to lessen the delay of opening the business. (2) When the summer season was coming near, the sales of the business suddenly went up, a lot of customers were looking for clothes that they could use for summer and they also preferred to buy jogging pants to block the heat. (3) The entrepreneur posted to his Facebook page to help the sales of the business. Even though nothing was sold through online, the items were sold by walk-ins. (4) Lowering the price of the products was one of the helpful solutions that the entrepreneur did, even though the price was cheap a lot of customers were asking for discounts. Giving discounts helped the business to increase the sales.
