"SMART PARCEL RECEIVER FOR PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNVERSITY Adviser: Dr. Johnny L Miranda The study entitled Srmart Parcel Receiver for Pampanga State Agricultural University aimed fo develop an autormated machine that allows an individual to get their delivery parcel hassle free. The autormated machine has a system that allows the user to create an acoourt and input their expected parcel details and allow the delivery rider to deliver it using the autormated machine. These features were developed in line with the chosen objectives of the study. This project will benefit the organízation or people in Parmpanga State Agricultural Uníversity (PSAU) The Smart parcel receiver was designed to make it easier for users to accept their deliveries even without thern being present. On top of this, it is to help them focus on their work or studies without thinking of the deliveries coming. The researchers used Developmental method because an output was developed after conducting the research. This research design was chosen because it was suitable for the current needs of the research. The waterfall model of the SDLC was used in the system's development., providinga well-strUctured fiow of phases, and laying down the foundation for the developrment, which is arguably easy to understand. The researchers have used diferent structured tools such as use case diagram, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagrarm, Systerm Flowchart to be able to analyze and clearly understand the flow of the systern. Interviews, surveys, internet, and library research were the research ínstrurments used in data gathering. The primary data collected in the presented questionnaires were interpreted using statistical procedures. Questionnaires have been distributed to 53 people and to the 5 delivery rider that evaluated the machine performance and accuracy. The respondents "strongly agreed that the autormated machine would be beneficial in terms of receiving the parcels in an ínnovative way. The total mean for the respondents is 3.93 and 3.81 for the delivery riders who tested the performance of the automated machine in terms of receiving the parcels of the users.
