Tuazon The researchers aimed to create Recycle Ville: An Educational Game for Solid Waste Management to raise awareness to the community of Pampanga State Agricultural University about the proper segregation of waste and to give information about the law regarding to the Solid Waste Management Act or RA 9003. Observations, interview, questionnaire. Library and internet research were the instruments in gathering data. The primary data collected in questionnaires are interpreted statistically. In the development of the study, the researchers used Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Use Case Diagram and System Flowchart to examine and determine the flow and output of the program. Mobile Software Development Lifecycle was used as methodology. The system used Unity and visual studio for the development of the application while for the designing, the researchers used Photoshop CS6. By testing the capabilities and functions of the application by the users, the researchers had meaningful results from the survey conducted from the locale. The Zero Waste Management Committee Head in Pampanga State Agricultural University agreed that the application will be beneficial to them as it will help to raise awareness and give information about the proper segregation of waste. The researchers gathered an overall mean of 3.64 for the respondents with an interpretation of Strongly Agree. 3.66 for the Data Expert Evaluation with an interpretation of Strongly Agree and 3.43 for the IT experts with an interpretation of Agree. It was conducted that application helps gives information about the law of regarding the ecological solid waste management and proper segregation of waste. The results simply mean that the study has met all its objectives.
