The study was conducted to evaluate the business operations of Uniart Furniture and Home Decors located at , 0308 Zone 2 Gatbuca, Calumpit, Bulacan. The study provides information concerning the management practices in terms of investments, organization, production, marketing and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs especially in furniture production this study provides the information needed in putting up the business. For the future researchers, this serves as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies on this line. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the owner and other staffs of Uniart Fumiture and Home Decors who also contributed in compiling the files and in gathering the information needed. These data were gathered from the areas of (1) Investments, consists of initial capital and its utilization; (2) Organization, consists of the organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (3) Production, consists of area and location, inputs used in services to make the operations fast and successful; (4) Marketing, which consisted of the 7 C's of marketing; and (5) Finance, consists of income statements, balance sheets, and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and other reading materials. The firm is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name Uniart Furniture and Home Decors owned and managed by Mr. Alvin Azares. Identification and problem analysis was done regarding the organization, production, marketing, and financial aspect of the firm. The following were the problems encountered by the firm: in the organization, the workers are not effective when they are not mentored and supervised by the firm manager and in production, the firm has no private road and it is the reason why the workers are having a hard time delivering the product. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems of the firm. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Uniart Funiture and Home Decors: for the organization, the owner must get the attention of those who are not doing their duty the Owner must give sanction or punishment to those who violate the house rules he must terminate those who do not do their job and for the production, the owner can consider reconstruction or widening the road to his firm.
