The study was conducted to evaluate the Management Practices and Operation of PSAU Mass Propagation Project (Tamarind). Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the project and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspect; identify and analyze the problems encountered; give possible solutions; and offer recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the project manager, staff, and workers of PSAU Mass Propagation Project who also helped in compiling the files and gathering the information needed. Secondary data were gathered from current data available in the books, internet, and PSAU Office of Business Affairs (OBA). The project is owned by the school. Financial statements and ratios were done to determine the financial standing of the firm. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization and production operations of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: in organization, (1) incorrect format of the organization; (2) lack of manpower in production. In production, (3) delay on the procurement of materials; (4) insufficient supply. In marketing, (5) limited market for wines, vinegar and candy; (6) decrease on sales due to pandemic. In Financial, (7) decrease in sales due to pandemic. Alternative courses of action were formulated for existing problems and recommendation was conducted. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the PSAU Mass Propagation Project: (1) alternative solution A wherein the firm must correct the organizational chart; (2) alternative A wherein the university should hire another worker; (3) alternative A wherein needed supplies in the project must be anticipated; (4) alternative A wherein to plant more fruit bearing tamarind trees; (5) alternative A wherein in the firm must find a direct buyer; (6) alternative A wherein to advertise their products using online platforms; (7) alternative A wherein the OBA must be strict with implementing rules on selling products.
