The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Nadeco Mei Foods Corporation, located at De Erba. Jesus Street. Barangay PulungBulu, Angeles City. Specifically, the study aimed to: trace the historical background of the firm; analyze the capitalization, organization, production and marketing aspects of the firm; determine the financial performance of the firm; identify and analyze the specific problems encounteredby the firm and recommend solutions to the problems. Primary data were gathered through series of interview at Nadeco Mei Foods Corporation. The data gathered came from the areas of organization, investment, production, marketing and finance. The firm that was studied was a corporation managed by Mr. Rodrigo Villamor and Mrs. Cecilia Villamor. The firm is manufacturer and supplier of wholesale. There a five categories of product: longaniza, bacon, ham, tocino and shomai products. There were 70 production laborers designated in different areas involved in production. There were 2 manager trainer, 1 secretary, 1 supervisor and 6 truck deliveries. The major materials of the firm are fresh meats. The supplier of raw materials required are taken from one piggery farm in Valenzuela, Manila City. The ingredients using in processing are; crushed, garlic, onion, ground black pepper and pineapple juice. The materials used in packaging are bags with the design of firm name and description. The firm has tools and equipment needed in the production and they are enough to sustain the volume of production of the firm. In marketing, is a creating and delivering value to satisfy the needs of the target market to earn profit. It defines measures and quantifies the size of the identified market and the profit potential. It pinpoints which segments the company is capable of serving best and designs and promotes the appropriate products and services. The problems of the firm under the category are; the management trainers are strict, employee turn-over, production, and marketing. The alternative course in organization that the researcher offered recommendation was, the owner should enhance or teach them to develop their skills. In production, the owner should hired personnel to lessen the burdens. And in marketing, the owner should create a website to promote and popularize the products here and other country.
