The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Erin Jay Poultry farm located at Barangay Mandani, Magalang, Pampanga. The srudy provides information concerning the historical background and management activities of the firm in terms of organization, investments, production, marketing and finance. It identified and analyzed the problems that the firm encountered in order to give possible solution and offer recommendations to them. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the farm manager and other staff of the firm who also helped in collecting the files and in gathering the information needed. The data gathered were from the areas of (1) investment which consists of the firm's initial capital and its utilization; (2) organization which consists of the organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (3) production which consists of location of production, inputs used in production process, and cost of volume of production; (4) marketing which consists of the 7 C's of marketing; and (5) finance which consists of the income statement, balance sheets and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from current data available on the internet and other reading materials. The firm is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name of Erin Jay Poultry Farm owned by Mr. Jose Gerardo Feliciano. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization, production, marketing, and financial aspect of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: in the organization, (1) the firm lacks supervision to the workers; in the production, (2) the firm lacks efficient safety device. Alternative courses of action were formulated, and recommendation were made for the existing problems of the firm. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Erin Jay Poultry Farm: (1) the researcher recommends alternative B wherein the firm should be strict in supervising the workers in the farm, especially to those who are negligent of their duties. He may impose consequences to teach irresponsible workers a lesson; (2) the researcher recommends alternative B wherein the farm owner should buy a new alarm.
