ABSTRACT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES OF ALLYSA FARM PRODUCTS WHOLESALING TITLE ELOISA DAVID RIVERA AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL MAY S. DAVID, MPS PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS DEGREE YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 The study was conducted at Allysa Farm Products Wholesaling, Located in Barangay Tacasan, Macabebe, Pampanga. It provides information concerning the management operation of the farm, in terms of investments, organization, production, marketing and finance, This study offers information that might be needed in putting up a business, especially in the aspect of distributorship. For researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies along this topic. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the farm owners of Allysa Farm Products Wholesaling. The needed data were on the areas of (1) investment, which consisted of investment activities; (2) organization, composed of organizational chart, duties and responsibilities as well as human resource management; (3) operation, consisted of the farm area, location lay out and production process (4) marketing, which composed of 7 C's of marketing; and (5) finance, consisted, income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data were gathered from available literatures and other reading materials, such as from the Internet and libraries. The farm is a sole proprietorship type of business. Problem identification and analysis was done regarding the organization, management and marketing of the farm. The following are the problems encountered by the farm: (1) in organization: lack of human resource staff; Advantage; the farm will have a financial report, the researcher suggests alternative solution to this issue in organization, which is lack of staff in the organization, as the owner has at least one bookkeeper on the staff. The farm needs to have a financial report these days. The farmer will be informed of all financial input and output transactions related to farm production.; (2) in marketing: lack of proper communication mode. In the marketing issues the researchers suggest alternative solution have an agreement form in delivering the commodities. the researchers recommend include an agreement form for the delivering the commodities so that the customers can feel ensure dealing with the farm manager. (3) in management; incomplete mandatory benefits, the researcher suggests alternative solution in this problem, hire a bookkeeper or secretary to monitor the employees. to have well organized recordkeeping of the company's expenses and to monitor the salaries and benefits of the employees.
