ABSTRACT TITLE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES OF A.M. AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL DRESSING PLANT TRADING CRIZALYN MESA CASTILLO LEONARD M. DE LEON, M.B.M. PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED : JUNE 2023 The study was conducted at A.M Dressing Plant Trading located in Barangay, Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan. The study provides information concerning management practices in terms of organization, investments, production, marketing, and finance. For future researchers, this will serve as reference material for those who want to undertake similar studies. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the farm manager of A.M Dressing Plant Trading, who also contributed in gathering the information needed. The data gathered were from areas of (1) Organization which consists of the organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (2) Investment which consist of the investment activities; (3) Production which consists of area and location and cultural management or production flow chart; (4) Marketing, which are the 7C's of marketing; and (5) Finance, consists of income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and reading material on the internet and library. The fim is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name A.M Dressing Plant Trading which is derived from the nickname of the owner Mr. Allan Mendoza. The fim is offering services to Mang Inasal and Andoks. The problem of the firm in terms of the organization was the management supervision. The workers may lack in direction because of the absence of the owner. Alternative courses of action for these problems and recommendations were offered to improve the success of the firm. With the problem encountered in the organization where the management supervises, the researcher recommends having constant meeting with the members of the organization, so that any matter regarding the policies, problems encountered and other matters will be discussed by them. The owner should monitor the workers to see the productivity of the employees. The most important asset of the company is the people; they contribute a lot to the success of the business.
