MUÑOZ : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP The Eggsy N More is a merchandising business that mostly needs in our daily food that we need our body such as eggs. It was operated by its sole proprictorship, Crisza T. Bernabe. The store was located in 2nd Avenue Pandan-Tabun Road Angeles City Pampanga. The initial capital of the business was P34,526.00 which was to purchase supplies, merchandise and tools and equipment to sell on Business Plan Implementation 2, the Eggsy N More started with P10,000.00 and the remaining inventory from the previous semester. The product ranged from P9.00 to P270.00. Eggsy N More has encountered circumstances and problem such as; (1) lack of help when there were a a lot of customers and she couldn't manage all of the orders. There was also a time when there was an increase in the price of egg due to the supply shortage which resulted in a lower profit of Eggsy N More. (2) Limited supply from the supplier which caused the customers to go to other stores that offers same product was one of the problems she encountered. (3) Some inventories are not recorded. There were also times when customers bargained for a lower price and entrepreneur had mistakes on giving prices. The entrepreneur has taken some solutions regarding the problems such as; (1) The entrepreneur bought a lot of products and raw materials when the prices went lower, and she also asked her siblings to help her in selling products and to take orders from customer. (2) She looked for another supplier of egg that offered same product and quality, but offered at a lower price. (3) In terms of financial operation, the entrepreneur checked the inventory every day to make sure a proper recording. She gave discount but not that much to avoid net lost, and she createda price list on all the products offered. In the first operating period of January, Eggsy 'N More has managed to earn P2,580.10. In February, the store earned P12,206.55 on net income. Finally, in the third month, the business has managed to gain a P12,342.10 in net income.
