Its opening hours were Monday to Saturday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The business firm was named "Caclah's Closet" with a tagline "Nothing but the best", The business offered thirty-two products which are Amazon Kids, Assorted PatPat, Baby Berry Shorts, Boys Terno, Branded Shorts, Branded T-shirts, Candy Pants, Guess Tops, Gym Kids Set, Janaya Shorts, Janaya Tops, Kids Challis Terno, Kids Printed Shorts, Knitted Romper, Lynh Kids Pajama, Mall Pull Out, Men's Board Shorts, Men's Taslan Shorts, Minicoco Tutu Sets, Mix Coords, Mix Tops, Overrun T-shirt (Adult), Overrun T-shirt (Kids), Premium PatPat, Printed Jogger, Sailor Tops, Short Sleeves Onesie, Sleeveless Onesie, Spaghetti Tops, Summer Dress, Taytay Dress, Taytay Kids Terno. The problems encountered were: (1) the delivery of orders to customers, (2) problem on insect flies landing on the clothes and dust on the location making the clothes dirty, (3) sudden increase of Shopee's transaction fees and charges leading to lesser profit for the entrepreneur, (4) lowered pricing, leading to less profit and mistakes on the inventory recording. To circumvent these problems, the owner listed the following solutions: (1) alternative delivery options to lessen the hassle for both parties; (2) putting the clothes on a clear a plastic; (3) selling on other online platforms; and (4) immediate recording to avoid confusion.
