ABSTRACT TITLE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES OF AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL NUT'N ELSE «WOW MANI" MARIA CRISTINA M. MACASAQUIT ABNER C. QUIAMBAO, MPS PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED : JUNE 2023 The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Nut'n Else "Wow Mani", located at #1 Forest Green Street, Villa Del Sol, City of San Fernando, Pampanga 2000. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the fim and its management activities in terms of organization, investment, operation, marketing and financial aspects; evaluate and analysis the problems encountered, to give alternative solutions and to offer or suggests recommendation to the existing problems. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal with the owner and other workers of Nut'n Else "Wow Mani". Secondary data relative to the industry will be gathered from the current data available in the internet and from the reading materials such as book and Pampanga State Agricultural University Library. Financial statemnent and ratio were done to identify the financial standing of the firm. The result of the analysis showed that the firm is financially stable and profitable operation. Identification and problem analysis was done regarding the organization, operation marketing of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: in the organization: (1) Lack of man power. In the production: (2) Machinery and Equipment Shortage. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Nut'n Else Wow Mani": For the organization, (a)Hiring the right person for the vacant position, (b) The owner or manager must designate duties and responsibilities to their employees and be firm for what the owner or manager commanded. For the production, (a) Additional Investment, (b) additional machinery and equipment. The researcher recommends that the company must hire the right person and capable to the work to avoid undergoing additional job search for another personnel. In production, the author recommend additional machine and investment for the operation to increased, expand and to make it more easy the production.
