ABSTRACT This study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Sunag Sash Factory, located in Barangay Pandacaqui, Resettlement, Mexico, Pampanga. Specifically, the researcher aimed to trace the historical background of the firm and determine the practices involved in the firm in terms of its investment, organization, production, marketing, and finance. Also, it intended to identify and analyse the problems encountered, and to formulate and recommend feasible solutions to the problems identified. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the owner and other staff of the firm. Secondary data relative to the industry were gathered from the current data available in the PSAU library and other reading materials such as magazines and the intemet. The firm had a sole proprietorship type of business Which is owned and managed by Mr. Fedalito registered under the name Sunag Sash Factory, which is g dan the "boboy" Sundiang and his wife. Identification and problem analysis was done regarding the organizational, production, Marketing and Financial aspect of the firm. The following are the organization problem encountered by the firm: (1) in organization - lack of office staff (2) in organization - lack of mandatory benifits (3) in production - no other products aside from wooden door and door jamb (4) in marketing - No show room. Alternative courses of action are formulated and evaluated to determine possible solution to recommend for the problems identified
