Through this program, the student will have the opportunity to enhance his knowledge and develop his skills which are not gained from the classroom. The actual experience learned by the students from the field will promote proper working habits and skills. Dealing and working with people in the farm will benefit the students on how to adjust in situation. As said, it is easy to manage animal company with persons involved than working in the farm with different attitude and behavior.
