The study aims to aid the users in locating buildings and rooma within the university. Also, to provide accessible information regarding the faculties and their room assignment, teaching loads and schedules. Descriptive developmental research design was used to gather information and describe the results. Also used in designing, developing and evaluating the system. The study covers the campus area of Pampanga State Agricultural University located in Magalang, Pampanga. The researcher gathered primary and secondary data from the university. The research instruments used were questionnaires to collect feedback from the respondents, internet research for gathering related studies, and field observation for verification and gathering more information. The system was developed with the help of various software like Unity Engine, C# and etc. All of the respondents agreed that there is a need to develop a campus information system in the university. The features are locating buildings, locating rooms, accessing list of faculties, their building and room assignment, their teaching loads and schedules. The acceptability of the system was evaluated by the students and the panels which resulted in interpretation of strongly agree and agree respectively. This implies the system can assist in locating points of interests within the university and provides accessible information. The final form of the system was a desktop application with an interactive map and a digital directory. Overall, the use of the system can be convenient for the user and benefit the PSAU and its community. The researcher recommends schools to utilize a campus information system.
