The study was conducted at PSAU Souvenir Project located at PAC, San Agustin, Magalang, Pampanga. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects; identify and analyze the problems encountered; give possible solutions and offer recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data and information were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the person in charge of PSAU Souvenir Project and other employees as well. Specifically, the primary data gathered were in the area of : (1) Organization, which consists of the firm's organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resources management; (2) Production, which consists of the area and location, inputs used, production technology, volume of production, process and schedule of production; (4) Marketing, which consist of the 7C's of marketing; and (5) Finance, which consist of income statements, balance sheets, and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from current data available in the PSAU Library and other reading materials such as magazines, brochures, and on the intemet. The firm is a corporation type of business registered under the name of Pampanga State Agricultural University owned by the university. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization, production, and financial aspect of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: (1) in the organization, limited number of workers; (2) in production, delay of supplies, it takes a long time before the materials arrive; (3) in financial, declining sales due to the pandemic.
