RUSTENE CAKES is a food business that is located at Northville 14, Calulut, San Fernando, Pampanga. The business is accepting pre-orders for the cakes for all type of occasions. Also, the entrepreneur would like to introduce their cakes to different café shops and restaurants. The business firm was named "RUSTENE CAKES" with the tagline "The world needs the comfort, joy, and hope that pure home baking brings". The entrepreneur chose to launch this type of enterprise because he wanted to concentrate on the food industry, especially cakes and because he was aware of how much Filipinos adored special occasions and celebrations. During the business implementation period, the Entrepreneur encountered some problems: First, the entrepreneur found it difficult to run the Rustea in San Roque, Magalang, Pampanga since he always had to close the establishment and travel to San Fernando, Pampanga to bake or pick up and deliver the cakes in accordance with customer requests. Second, the entrepreneur initially had production issues with milk tea. He lacks sufficient knowledge to correctly prepare the tapioca pearl. Third, because the cost of the basic components for the cake increased, the entrepreneur faced significant financial difficulties. The solutions undertaken were: First, whenever the businessman needed to prepare cakes in San Fernando, he employed an on-call worker for the Rustea milk tea shop. His mother assists him in making the cake while he bakes, and she also cleans the baking tools afterward. Second, the entrepreneur did adequate research and watched a number of YouTube videos to learn the correct way to prepare the tapioca pearl. He also paid attention to his mother's guidance.
