A farm practice or on-the-job training done to experience the different management geactices in broiler farm. This training also taught the student trainee to develop his geofessionalism and interpersonal skills. It also provides the student trainee the opportunity #s obtain enough knowledge and skill related to work habit needed to become a good @eripreneur in the near future. During his internship, the student trainee able to get skills and knowledge on the proper management practices in broiler farm such as; brooding management, vaccination, medication, feeds and feeding, weighing of birds, proper harvesting of chicken, disinfection, secording record of every day activity and the important parameters in poultry. The performance of the farm during the internship of the student trainee was good when # comes to final weight, gain in weight, mortality and feed conversion ratio.
