Generally, the study was conducted to determine the management practices of Golden Beans and Grains Producers Cooperative. Specifically, the study aimed to find the practices in managing a cooperative, trace the historical background of the cooperative and its management activity in terms of organization, production, investment, marketing and financial aspects, analysed the problem encountered and offer a recommendation to problem identified. Primary data were by means of personal interview with the owner of the firm. Specifically, the primary data that were gathered are in the areas of (1) trace the historical background of the firm; (2) determine the organization, production, investment, marketing aspects of the firm; (3) analysed the financial aspects of the firm; (4) identify and analyse the specific problem of the cooperative; and (5) formulate alternative solutions and give recommendation to the problems that were identified. Secondary data were gathered from the Internet and reading materials such as books, magazines in various libraries, such as in Main library of Pampanga State Agricultural University and Mini library of Department of Agricultural Business and Economics & Entrepreneurship (DABEE). The problems of the firm in terms of production are low production of soybeans. The researcher forms an alternative solution. The researcher recommend alternative A in which cooperative must invest in machineries and equipment's to monitor soybeans growth. The problem of the cooperative in terms of processing is lack of machineries and equipment. The researcher recommends the alternative A in which the cooperative need to seek help from the local government agencies and the problem in term of marketing is limited market for the soybean products. The researcher recommends alternative B in which the cooperative nee to participate in all trade fares organize by the Department of Agriculture, Department of Trade and Industries and Department of Agrarian Reform.
