The study was conducted to know the management practices of Neri Mars HiSweet's Pastries and Delicacies, located at Bulaon Resettlement, San Fernando, Pampanga. Particularly, it is essential to the historical background of the firm and the group of activities in the form of an organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects, to recognize and evaluate the problem, to provide solution and offer recommendations for the existing problem. The primary data were gathered through a series of personal interview with the owners and workers. The data gathered came from the areas of organizations, investments, production, marketing and finance. The firm studied was a sole proprietorship business. It is a manufacturer and wholesaler business owned and managed by Mrs. Marieta B. Vitug. It has thirteen regular workers. The firm makes turrones de casoy, special uraro and cashew tarts. It has a production building for the products and a storage room for the finished products and for the raw materials. The major raw materials used in production are cashew nuts, egg, flour, sugar, honey, cassava flour, butter, rice flour or flour and iodized salt. The firm used presentable packaging materials such as box, plastic and plastic container. It also has tools and equipment used in production. After the production process, the firm would deliver the products to the respective buyers in different supply. The problem of the firm in terms of organization was the owner cannot handle their employees. The firm experienced poor productivity in production while in marketing, promotional strategies and bad orders of products. The researcher made an alternative course for these problems and offered recommendations for the improvement of the firm. The alternative course in organization that the researcher offered recommendation was the owner should train the relatives to manage the business and should attend seminars to gain more knowledge about it. In production, the owner must motivate their workers by giving additional incentives and in marketing, the owner should launch exhibits, seminars, and training to promote and popularise the product; and firm and for the bad orders it should lessen the quantity of supply.
