The field practice was conducted from September 2018 to September 2019 at Bet Ezra, Hadarom Israel, primarily to participate in a training program of Agrostudies in greenhouse farming to attain information about different techniques in growing Tomatoes in a highest quality of harvest. The author was assigned to Ozer farm. The farm was founded in 1960 by Ozer family. They grow and deliver tomato and cucumber in selected high end restaurant around Israel. The Company owned 12 greenhouses measuring 600 sqm to 900 sqm dedicated only for tomato and cucumber. Thus the farm comprises 28 employees and they are all students from the Philippines and Africa working together to provide the best customer satisfaction. The training program consists of five days of practical work in the field and in packaging house and one-day theoretical studies in school. During this time, the student trainee engaged in different farm activities such as planting, harvesting and packing. The whole training program molded the trainee's personality and views in life. The trainee becomes more mature, disciplined and independent.
