The dairy industry is one of the important agriculture business primarily because milk and other dairy products are the basic needs of humans for good health and as source of regular income to small and marginal farmers Batangas Dairy and Multi-Purpose Cooperative, also known as BADACO is known for its quality dairy products. The farm focuses to become premier model in dairy farming with the help of cooperative hence managing bio safety and limiting the environmental hazard while maintain industrial standard. This studies presents OJT practices done at BADACO, from proper management of dairy animal health, gathering different forage grasses fed for the animals, giving proper medications and vitamins for dairy cows, conventional way of milking cows, while maintaining milking hygiene, and also student perform different activities like detecting signs of estrus, ear notching, disbudding, fencing and repairing paddocks. Trainees also gather data in milk yield produce per day, cost of production, total income and analyze the cost and return. By providing training for students they gain knowledge which they can use for their future career.
